Job summary

Nottinghamshire Police is seeking a Senior Digital Evidence Technician to lead forensic examinations of mobile devices, computers and other digital media. You will recover, acquire and analyse evidence, produce evidential reports and ensure integrity throughout the examination process in a structured, accredited environment.

You will mentor junior colleagues and apprentices, perform quality assurance audits and peer reviews, and maintain high forensic standards while contributing to criminal

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in an accredited forensic science or digital forensics environment.
• Solid knowledge of operating systems, networking and forensic processes.
• Strong report-writing, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Relevant degree in Digital Forensics or Forensic Science, or equivalent professional experience.
