Job summary

Incubeta is seeking a Senior Digital Experience Executive to own the end-to-end delivery of digital experience workstreams, spanning SEO, reactive PR, and content performance. You will operate autonomously, conducting technical audits and driving optimization across search channels while delivering commercially valuable insights to clients.

You will lead complex audits, shape content strategies, and leverage GA4 and other tools to monitor performance, ensuring campaigns stay technically sound

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience across technical SEO and reactive digital PR
• Strong analytical skills using GA4 and Google Search Console
• Ability to translate technical data into client narratives
• Mentoring or supporting junior team members
• Low-supervision working style with strong ownership

Responsibilities

• Bring deep executional expertise across SEO and reactive PR, ensuring content is optimised and integrated within a cohesive digital experience
• Independently lead complex technical audits, diagnosing crawling, indexing, and site architecture issues
• Manage on-page optimisations and visibility workstreams across traditional search and emerging discovery platforms
• Monitor daily news agenda to identify reactive PR opportunities, executing outreach and drafting pitches for international and local outlets
• Maintain a client-first understanding of businesses, industries, competitors, and world news
• Identify content gaps and user journey friction points to support organic growth roadmaps
