Franco Manca and The Real Greek, The Fulham Shore

Two brands. One mission: simple, joyful food. At Franco Manca we’re pioneers of sourdough, at The Real Greek every meal’s a celebration of culture and community. We need a pro who owns delivery channels (Deliveroo/Uber Eats/Just Eat). Experience in the wider digital ecosystem (PPC/CRM) is a big plus.

What you’ll do
  • Drive delivery growth with Deliveroo/Uber Eats/Just Eat
    Expand brand presence across all major delivery partners by optimising visibility, improving menu structure, leveraging platform‑level promos, and managing performance levers (boosts, offers, fee tests). Build strong partner relationships to secure placement, co‑funded marketing, and data insights that increase order volume and reach new customers.
  • Run full‑funnel performance marketing
    Plan and execute integrated campaigns across search, paid social, SEO, affiliates, and retargeting to grow both visits and orders. Continuously refine audience targeting, creative, bidding, and landing experiences to drive efficient acquisition while supporting brand visibility and category growth.
  • Turn data into action
    Define and track clear KPIs across acquisition, retention, and delivery performance. Use real‑time dashboards and sharp weekly reporting to identify quick wins and inform decision‑making. Implement a rapid test‑and‑learn culture to validate hypotheses and scale what works.
  • Own budgets and partner plans across both brands Manage channel budgets, forecast performance, and allocate spend to maximise ROI across two brand portfolios. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver aligned marketing calendars, co‑branded activations, and shared growth goals.
You are

A do‑er with hospitality/retail/FMCG experience.

Strong in managing delivery channel. Experience in paid search & lifecycle/CRM are a big plus. Fluent in analytics, commercial, and creative.
