Kier Group is seeking a Senior Digital Construction Manager to join our Sizewell C team based in Suffolk. You will lead information management and digital construction processes across the project, reporting to the Chief Engineer and coordinating with the Technical Delivery Team.

The role requires strong leadership, ISO 19650 knowledge, and experience with openBIM standards. Agile working available; 45 hours per week; sponsorship not available.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in information management and digital construction
• Strong understanding of ISO 19650 standards and openBIM formats
• Excellent communicator capable of managing challenging scenarios
• Keen on using new technologies to improve traditional workflows

Responsabilités

• Manage information management and ISO 19650 compliance across the project
• Oversee use of common data environments and digital workflows for information sharing
• Lead digital strategy implementation and promote best practices across teams
• Support bid teams and supply chain engagement while building stakeholder relationships
• Line-manage and develop the digital construction team and resource planning
