Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our Cloud & Custom Applications community in the UK. You will partner with designers, engineers, product leads and stakeholders to uncover needs, define outcomes and guide the creation of user-centered digital products and services.

You'll work across discovery through delivery in a hybrid setup, helping teams transform complex requirements into clear, actionable plans while building strong relationships and mentoring junior colleagues

Qualifications

Experience delivering digital and IT solutions across varied technologies and platforms.
Practical experience in the full delivery lifecycle in Agile environments.
Ability to translate needs into clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
Strong communication and facilitation skills with stakeholders at all levels.
For senior roles: mentor and coach junior Business Analysts and graduates.

Responsibilities

Understand needs and translate them into clear requirements guiding digital solutions.
Collaborate with designers, architects, developers and testers on journeys and delivery approaches.
Contribute to project planning, estimates, resourcing, and timelines.
Share insights and best practices across the BA community; mentor junior colleagues.
