Job summary

Hawk Hiring LTD is seeking a talented Vehicle Technician or Master Mechanic to tackle large mechanical jobs, engine overhauls, and complex diagnostics in a fully equipped specialist workshop.

The role requires NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair, strong engine overhaul skills, and a full UK driving licence with your own hand tools. Monday–Friday, with no weekend work, and a supportive, high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or solid time-served equivalent.
• Strong expertise in engine overhauls, major mechanical repairs, and advanced fault diagnostics.
• Team player mentality with a real passion for high-level craftsmanship and modern workshop standards.
• Full UK driving licence and own hand tools.

Pay & Benefits

• Salary: £45,000 basic per annum (£51,000+ realistic OTE) + Monthly Team Bonus (£100-£500 extra/mo) + Guaranteed 3-Month Salary Review!
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (includes a full 1-hour lunch break) - STRICTLY NO WEEKENDS

• Commutable From: Oxted, Caterham, Redhill, East Grinstead, Sevenoaks, Westerham, Godstone, and Croydon.
