Job summary

The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust in London is seeking an experienced Superintendent Radiographer (Diagnostic) to lead x-ray services and radiology education across Chelsea, Sutton and Cavendish Square campuses.

You will oversee education, CPD, and workforce development while providing professional leadership for imaging services and working with radiologists, physicists, educators and multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration as a radiographer and relevant qualifications.
• Significant postgraduate experience in radiography and leadership.
• Master’s level study or equivalent advanced expertise.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership for x-ray, fluoroscopy, dental and imaging services across sites.
• Lead service development, clinical excellence and educational visits.
• Liaise with referrers to ensure appropriate imaging examinations.
• Oversee radiology education, CPD, career pathways and workforce development.
