Job summary

Capgemini is hiring a DevSecOps Lead to drive secure software delivery across cloud environments. You will embed security, governance, and automation into pipelines while collaborating with developers, DevSecOps engineers, and testers. The role emphasizes secure-by-design practices and compliance with client standards.

You will influence across teams, enable IaC, and contribute to incident response and security controls, with Capgemini’s learning and development culture supporting your growth.

Qualifications

• Hands-on and leadership in DevSecOps, embedding security into delivery workflows.
• Experience across cloud environments (AWS/Azure) and networking fundamentals.
• Experience with secure CI/CD pipelines and GitOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Secure, automated CI/CD pipelines and security scanning integrated into build, test, and deployment workflows.
• Vulnerability lifecycle management, including allowlist processes and secrets management.
• Policy enforcement for workloads, containers, and infrastructure; governance across path to live.
• Develop and maintain observability and audit controls; track technical debt and improve code quality.
• Partner with developers to embed secure-by-design engineering and ensure compliance with standards.
• Enable Infrastructure as Code practices and contribute to incident response and security runbooks.
