Job summary

A fast-growing FinTech company in Central London is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to take ownership of their cloud and platform infrastructure. You'll design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, optimize cloud solutions, and lead on container orchestration strategies. The role requires extensive experience in DevOps/SRE, proficiency in scripting, and expertise in AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes. Candidates must have the right to work in the UK as sponsorship is not available for this in-office role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in a DevOps/SRE capacity within fast paced engineering teams.
• Proficiency with Python, Bash, Ruby or similar scripting languages.
• Expertise across cloud platforms (AWS preferred; Azure/GCP also considered).
• Hands on experience with Terraform, Ansible, and/or CloudFormation.
• Strong background in Docker and Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines.
• Optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Lead containerisation and orchestration strategy using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Embed security and compliance across all infrastructure layers.
