Job summary

Zen is recruiting a Senior DevOps Engineer in Manchester to join the Reliability Engineering team. You’ll work with development, engineering and operations to maintain and improve the development estate, enabling teams to innovate with confidence.

Reporting to the DevOps team manager, you’ll drive automation, monitoring and incident response, and shape the journey with a focus on reliability, efficiency and scalable operations.

Qualifications

• Senior DevOps experience with strong incident management and automation.
• Proven track record in building and operating scalable development environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain build, release, deployment and configuration pipelines.
• Collaborate with development, engineering and operations teams to improve reliability.
• Provide escalation support and drive RCAs for incidents.
• Create and maintain runbooks, monitoring dashboards and SRE practices.
