Qualifications

  • At least 4 years of total engineering experience, with 2 years in a relevant role.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop artificial intelligence systems for integration.
  • Provision necessary infrastructure for software solutions.
  • Build automated deployment pipelines for production-ready software.
  • Create secure software infrastructures connecting to external client systems.
  • Test all areas of deployed infrastructure, focusing on security and monitoring.
  • Design technical architectures meeting functional and non-functional requirements.

Purpose of the role

Senior DevOps Engineer will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of cutting‑edge artificial intelligence products. The responsibilities of this role will involve designing and developing artificial intelligence systems that will be integrated into existing processes.

Candidate should be a strong software engineer with a focus on infrastructure and networking experience, with experience designing and building software architectures for data processing products. Ideal candidate will have experience with AI focused products and exposure to emerging AI tooling.

Job Description

What we're looking for:

Technical skills
  • Languages: Proficient in Terraform and Python mandatory, SQL experience is desirable.
  • Cloud Services: Extensive experience developing solutions using a cloud provider, AWS preferred.
  • Infrastructure: Experience provisioning the necessary Infrastructure for software solutions using Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform.
  • CI/CD: Experience building automated deployment pipelines for production ready software is required. Preferably using Azure Pipelines.
  • Networking: Experience building secure software infrastructure and connecting software to external client systems is required.
  • Testing: Experience testing all areas of deployed infrastructure, from security to monitoring is required.
  • System Design: Experience designing and implementing technical architectures that meet both functional and non-functional requirements is mandatory. Experience designing Event Driven Architectures is desired.
Requirements
  • Experience: Total engineering experience of at least 4 years with 2 years’ experience in relevant role
  • Communication: Clear communication skills with stakeholders and other engineers regarding project timelines, delays, advancements, and progression
  • Ethical Oversight: Understanding of Engineering ethics, AI creation ethics, security principles.
  • Ownership: Strong time management skills, and dedication to high-quality work output
  • Collaboration: Ability to work in a team and Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Continuous Innovation: Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a passion for innovation.
