Job summary

EY FSO Technology Consulting is expanding its Digital Engineering and DevOps capability to support financial services clients with secure, automated and reliable software delivery. This Senior Consultant role is for a hands-on engineer who can set up projects, automate pipelines and support cloud environments.

Join EY and help deliver secure CI/CD, IaC, containers and monitoring across Azure, GitHub/GitLab, and cloud platforms in Agile squads.

Qualifications

Typically 5-8 years of DevOps, cloud engineering or release automation experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps; Azure certs are advantageous.
Experience onboarding projects from scratch, including pipelines, cloud infra and monitoring.
Ability to translate technical requirements into automated, secure delivery workflows.
Competencies: hands-on engineering, problem solving, ownership mindset, communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

Set up and configure new projects in DevOps platforms and manage access controls.
Design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines across development, test, staging and production.
Create Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Bicep or ARM templates.
Build and support Docker and Kubernetes workloads; manage Helm charts and secrets.
Configure Azure cloud environments including networking, security and monitoring.
Integrate automated testing, quality gates and security into pipelines.
Troubleshoot deployment/pipeline issues and document root cause and preventive actions.
Maintain deployment docs, runbooks and handover notes for EY delivery teams.
Work in Agile squads with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end software.
Contribute reusable DevOps templates and platform patterns across EY FSO Digital Engineering.
