Job summary

A tech recruitment firm is seeking a Senior DevOps Architect to design, implement, and lead infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include architecting solutions, migrating clusters, and ensuring robust Business Continuity Planning (BCP) practices. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience with GitHub Actions, AWS Cloud, Terraform, and container orchestration using EKS Fargate. Strong leadership and communication skills are required to spearhead multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience with GitHub and GitHub Actions.
• Proficiency in AWS Cloud services such as EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, and CloudFormation.
• Strong expertise in Terraform/Terragrunt, with a willingness to transition to OpenTofu.
• Experience with container orchestration platforms like EKS Fargate.
• Familiarity with FluxCD/Kustomize for GitOps workflows.
• Solid understanding of Oracle and Postgres databases.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and implement infrastructure solutions.
• Lead the migration of clusters to other clusters.
• Develop and maintain robust BCP plans.
• Establish and maintain documentation processes using Confluence.
• Conduct architectural reviews and optimize designs.
• Provide technical leadership across multiple projects.
