This is an exciting opportunity for an accomplished and market-credible Senior Development Underwriter to play a leading role in shaping Zurich's Technology proposition across the UK. In this newly created role, you will combine technical expertise, commercial judgement, strong negotiation skills and broker leadership, playing a key part in driving our new business strategy and establishing a strong presence in this specialist market. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, you will underwrite complex Technology accounts, develop and strengthen broker relationships across the UK, and contribute to profitable growth. You will influence underwriting decisions, support portfolio strategy and help position Zurich as a leading insurer in the Technology sector. This role offers the opportunity to lead from the front—bringing thought leadership, supporting strong governance and portfolio stewardship, and working collaboratively with internal stakeholders. You will join a high‑performing regional team where senior expertise is valued, and where you can actively contribute to the long‑term success and profitability of our Technology business.
