Responsibilities

• Support the development of strategies and programmes for viable schemes.
• Conduct site appraisals and feasibility studies.
• Negotiate contracts, land acquisitions, and disposals with stakeholders.
• Assist with capital and revenue budgeting for the Development Programme.
• Appoint and monitor external agents, consultants, and solicitors.
