Senior Development Project Manager (Cube Homes)

Location: Manchester

Salary : £53,245 - £56,203

Reporting to the Development Programme Manager, the Senior Development Project Managers key responsibility, as an essential member of the team, is to project manage schemes in line with the Business Plan which in turn will deliver the Groups growth targets. The role has responsibility for both pre and post contract delivery of new homes to achieve our growth ambitions.

What you'll be doing

• Project management of the Cube Homes schemes of market sale and market rent homes including monitoring, management and reporting;
• Management of projects during both the pre-contract and post-contract stages in line with the Cube Homes Business Strategy and with full visibility of progress;
• Provide a mentoring role for junior colleagues in the directorate;
• Preparation of written reports for approval by Executive Directors and / or Growth Committee;
