A leading energy company in the UK is seeking a Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer to support their digital workplace. This role involves ensuring that Microsoft 365 services are secure and delivered effectively to over 20,000 colleagues. Base Location: Reading or Havant
Salary: £61,620 - £72,592 + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

As a Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer, you’ll be a technical expert at the heart of our Digital Workplace, supporting 20,000 colleagues. Reporting into the Collaboration, Communication & Productivity Product Owner, you’ll ensure Microsoft 365 services are secure, well-governed, and delivering real value. A key focus will be Microsoft Copilot, where you’ll lead technical governance, adoption, and optimisation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex challenges, influencing how AI and collaboration tools are used, and ensuring our platforms run smoothly every day.
