What’s the role?

We are looking for a highly experienced C#.Net developer with strong coding expertise. On top of this, we need solid architectural experience and ideally some leadership skills. The role is NOT for an architect but for an experienced developer with architectural experience. Strong Microsoft Development and Azure skills needed. Experience with financial software would be extremely useful or experience working with highly complex product software. Evidence of the complexity of development will be required to showcase your skillset. The role is Permanent only. It is a UK-based remote. No sponsorship or visa transfer is on offer due to financial checks, so 5 years of working in the UK is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide highly experienced C#/.NET development with strong coding practices.
• Apply architectural experience in a hands-on developer role (not an architect).
• Collaborate in a quality-driven, collaborative development environment in the financial sector.
• Work with technologies including C#, ASP.NET, MVC, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Entity Framework, SQL, Azure Service Bus, SignalR, RabbitMQ, and Azure DevOps.

Qualifications

• Experience with C#, ASP.NET MVC, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Entity Framework, SQL; familiarity with Azure services (Azure Service Bus) and messaging systems (RabbitMQ).
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps and modern development practices.
• Strong architectural experience and the ability to lead or mentor as required.
• Experience with financial software or highly complex product software is highly useful.
• Evidence of the complexity of development to showcase skillset.
• Eligibility: UK-based remote work; no sponsorship; 5 years of UK working experience required.
