Location: Leeds or Edinburgh
Working Pattern: Hybrid, 40% (or two days) in the Leeds or Edinburgh office.
We are looking for a Senior Developer to join our team within our new Intermediary Platform. This team is working on a range of Data Integration, Data Migration and Cloud Management around our Azure Platform. The team look after a number of business applications and implement multiple releases per week, so you will see your work in action quickly and in front of customers and colleagues.
A smaller part of the role focuses on Front-End Development and you should be excited about the mix of Data, Back-End and Front-End work.
You will bring a passion for continuous learning and be part of the wider group as they explore the possibilities around Google Cloud and further testing and learning on Containerisation.

Work with other Developers, Product Owners and Architects to manage, develop and enhance our Off Platform Estate
You’ll work on a range of Data Migrations, Data Integrations and Data Engineering projects.
Bringing your skills across the .NET platform and with an additional focus on the Azure platform
Take ownership of your own development, skills and career growth. As a team there will be team wide learning and the opportunity to learn with colleagues
Drive the culture of delivering highly resilient, secure and quality software.
Drive adoption of best engineering practices.
Experience across the Microsoft Stack - .NET Core, .NET Framework
You have worked on large scale Data Integrations, Data Migrations and Data Engineering
Knowledge and hands‑on experience with Azure
An understanding of SQL Server and Azure SQL
A passion for continuous learning and confidence to try new things, test/learn and give feedback on the pros and cons
Any experience with GCP would be a benefit for this role
Exposure to Container technologies like Kubernetes, Docker
Full-Stack experience would be a bonus
Any work across ETL and work with Continuous feeds
Experience as a People Leader and ability to work across the business and technology teams would stand out for this role
