Job summary

Publicis Groupe in London seeks a Senior Designer to join the Global Business Development Design Studio. You will craft impactful visual experiences across pitches, microsites, brand identities, and events to win business.

You’ll collaborate with global teams, deliver across presentations and collateral, and drive brand consistency while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Professional design experience, ideally in an agency or fast-paced creative environment.
• Strong portfolio showing presentation design, layout, and visual storytelling.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills with a narrative and motion understanding.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
• Excellent typography, layout, and conceptual design abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Clear communication to interpret verbal and written briefs.
• Collaborative, positive mindset open to feedback.
• Ability to handle tight deadlines and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop best-in-class PowerPoint presentations and templates, incorporating sophisticated layout, animation, and storytelling techniques
• Partner with marketing, communications, and business development teams on global, regional, and local pitch opportunities
• Create print and digital collateral for presentations, campaigns, and business initiatives
• Develop strategic experiential and branded design concepts for client engagements and events
• Contribute to evolving and improving creative processes and design standards across the team
• Champion brand consistency, ensuring all work aligns with Publicis Groupe’s visual identity and creative standards
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines
• Collaborate effectively within a fast-paced, highly creative team environment
• Take creative direction confidently while also proactively contributing ideas and solutions
