Asda is seeking an experienced Senior Designer for Adult Footwear & Accessories to join the George team at George House. You will work closely with the Commercial team to research, design, and develop exciting ranges that reflect the latest consumer trends while delivering quality, style, and value.

You will guide the design process, balance creativity with commercial requirements, and mentor junior designers, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand vision.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in retail or fashion design environments.
• Ability to research trends and translate them into commercial designs.
• Capability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
