Job summary

Prophet is seeking a Senior Designer who can translate brand strategy into powerful creative concepts. They will be fluent in brand and comfortable with strategy conversations, not just graphic design.

You’ll be an ideas person and proactive self-starter, collaborating with global teams to push the comfort zone, influence studio culture and deliver thoughtful design across print and digital.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a design team.
• Degree level Graphic Design.
• Strong typography and print/digital design knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written presentation skills.
• Demonstrated leadership in creative projects.
• Understanding of UX and UI basics.
• Ability to manage time and workflow.
• Proficiency with brand strategy and creative execution.

Responsibilities

• Work with Strategic and Account teams to understand client needs.
• Contribute to creative strategy.
• Collaborate with vendors and outside resources.
• Contribute to studio culture and inspire others.
• Present to clients and manage projects.
• Interface with clients for presentations and project management.
