Whistles, part of the TFG London group, is seeking a Senior Designer to work across Outerwear, Tailoring and Casual Separates. The role reports to the Design Director and collaborates with the wider Design team to shape seasonal direction and concepts.

You will lead the end-to-end design process from trend research and concept boards through to production, partnering with factories and suppliers while coaching the Design Assistant and coordinating with the Technical team on fabrics and trims.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in fashion design process from concept to production.
• Strong sense of trends and commercial direction.
• Ability to collaborate across design and buying teams.
• Experience coaching junior designers.

Aufgaben

• Lead design process from trend establishing to production.
• Propose commercial design concepts and mood boards.
• Collaborate with Design and Buying teams to set seasonal direction.
• Coach the Design Assistant and work with Technical team on fabrics, trims and costs.
• Develop full product ranges with Buying team and stay aligned with global trends.
