Topham Guerin in London is seeking an experienced designer with 10+ years in advertising and digital campaigns to lead on social-first creative. You will push visual ideas beyond the predictable and be able to sell your work to clients.
The role blends design with web, motion, and AI-assisted workflows, with three days in the office and two days remote. You’ll work on global brands and public sector projects from London, UK, and beyond.
Topham Guerin are the global influence experts. Our teams work across London, New York, Sydney and Auckland, delivering social media, digital communications, content and campaigns for clients in the UK and internationally.
You’ll work on campaigns for global brands, government and public sector organisations, and high-profile institutions.
You’re an experienced designer that has spent significant time working on advertising and digital communications, and preferably has strong social media experience.
You have experience applying and also creating design guidelines. At the same time we’re looking for creative flair - evidence you push visual design and campaign ideas beyond the predictable. And you can also sell your work too, building arguments for your work that win clients over.
You’re an authority on best practice, across channels and formats. And when required you manage and lead other members of the Creative team on the more technical aspects of design.
Because digital is our bread and butter, you should also ‘get’ social media. You’ll understand what makes something work in a feed, how design changes across platforms and why social-first creative is different from traditional advertising.
While design will be your domain, we’re looking for someone with range. You should be comfortable flexing into web design. Motion and video skills are also beneficial. And we’re embracing AI across our creative workflow. So you should be experimenting with how new tools can help you explore ideas, move faster and produce better work.
The role is based in our London office, combining office time (3 days a week) with working from home days. Some work outside standard office hours may be required for various client and work activities.
