Job summary

Source is seeking a Senior Key Art Designer to craft standout key art for film, TV, streaming and games in its London studio. You’ll own the process from brief to final artwork, mentoring juniors and collaborating with Creative Directors, Producers and Account teams.

You’ll develop original concepts, build striking compositions from photography, typography and artwork, and deliver assets across Home Entertainment, theatrical, streaming, digital, social, OOH and print. Hybrid London role.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Key Art Designer or Senior Designer in entertainment/creative/advertising.
• Strong portfolio of film/TV/entertainment key art with original concepts.
• Advanced Photoshop skills in compositing, retouching and image manipulation.
• Strong eye for typography, composition, colour and hierarchy.
• Comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced studio.

Responsibilities

Senior Key Art Designer | London | Up to £50,000

We’re partnering with a leading integrated agency to find a Senior Key Art Designer for their growing London creative studio.

They create campaigns for some of the biggest names in film, TV, streaming and games. This is a chance to produce key art that audiences actually see, on posters, platforms and screens.

The role

This is a hands‑on senior role for a designer who has both strong ideas and excellent craft. You’ll take projects from the first brief to final artwork, working closely with Creative Directors, Producers and Account teams. You’ll also mentor junior and midweight designers.

You’ll be:

• Developing original key art concepts and multiple creative routes for film, TV and entertainment campaigns
• Building striking compositions from photography, talent imagery, supplied assets, illustration and typography
• Delivering assets across Home Entertainment, theatrical, streaming, digital, social, OOH and print

• Experience using AI-assisted tools in concept development
• Illustrator, InDesign, or some After Effects and motion experience
