As a Senior Design Manager you design and deliver high value projects from tender to completion for an organisation that truly fosters collaboration and innovation.

What they’ll need form you

• Experience working for a Main Contractor
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Experience with collaborative platforms like 4Projects (desirable).
• Comprehensive site experience in an engineering or site management role.
• Strong technical construction knowledge.
• A deep understanding of current Building Regulations.
• Familiarity with BREEAM / Passivhaus requirements.
• A degree in a relevant construction field.
• Knowledge of M&E design and its interface with construction.
• Exceptional project management abilities.
