A leading infrastructure design firm is seeking a Senior Design Manager to set design standards and mentor design managers. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of design management experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong background in CDM regulations. This role offers flexibility with a hybrid work model, requiring office attendance 2-3 times a week across varied locations in the UK.

We're looking for a Senior Design Manager to champion best practices and consistency across our UK portfolio. In this pivotal role, you'll set the standard for design management, embedding frameworks for performance, reporting, and governance. You'll mentor and guide Design Managers, while also stepping in to lead key projects where your expertise can make the biggest impact. From shaping strategic initiatives to ensuring compliance with CDM regulations, you'll play a critical role in delivering safe, innovative, and high-quality solutions. This is an opportunity to influence at the highest level, collaborate across regions, and help shape the future of design management within our business. Please note that this role is a hybrid where you will be expected to attend the office 2-3 times a week. The contractual office base is flexible and can be either Ilkeston, Cookstown, Balcombe or Apsley. This can be discussed further at interview.
