The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the design of complex engineering projects, providing technical leadership and ensuring that our projects meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Duties

• Lead the design and engineering phases of projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Develop and review engineering designs, drawings, and specifications.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, project managers, and contractors.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and other team members.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design integrity and resolve any technical issues.
• Participate in project planning, risk assessment, and value engineering exercises.

Person Specification

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.

• Strong proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD Pro).
