Job summary

You will lead major workstreams, shape project scope, and drive delivery while collaborating with clients and Capgemini teams to realise transformation and value.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of forecasting and planning processes used in consumer products, manufacturing and retail.
• Experience advising clients in major consulting or internal corporate consulting.
• Track record delivering supply chain improvement projects and innovative, yet practical solutions.
• Understanding of how technology adds value across the supply chain and lifecycle.
• Experience with assessment, design, implementation, or operation of planning systems (Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, SAP IBP, o9).
• Ability to build and deliver compelling propositions to clients.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver innovative supply chain solutions for leading global clients.
• Lead workstreams or smaller projects, shaping scope, team, dependencies and plan.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with commercial goals.
• Contribute to business development through proposals, RFPs, and client events.
• Collaborate with Capgemini colleagues and clients to translate challenges into future models.
