Overview

You'll be central to ensuring our customers receive market leading service, while optimising stock, driving sell-through, and supporting continuous improvement across our processes.

Working closely with Sales, Production Planning, Purchasing, Logistics and beyond, you'll balance the needs of the customer and the business to deliver commercial results and operational excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting the Head of Department to improve demand planning processes and embed new ways of working.
  • Developing the team to build capability and drive continuous improvement.
  • Managing demand planning and order processing for key customer accounts to ensure service excellence.
  • Monitoring forecasts, sales, and stock performance to inform proactive decision-making.
  • Managing stock across multiple supplier lead times to meet availability and efficiency targets.
  • Identifying overstock and clearance opportunities to support promotional activity.
  • Using business intelligence tools to plan stock intake, track performance, and report results.
  • Collaborating across departments to ensure clear communication, fast action, and strong delivery.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in merchandising within the FMCG or retail industry.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting sales and inventory data.
