This role is accountable for the creation, delivery, and performance of these Digital Products, Solutions, and Services as part of the DD&T functional plan for the People directorate. This role is responsible will be working closely with the PEOPLE Directorate and will implement, support, maintain, and improve PEOPLE systems in line with developing and delivering a strategic Digital, Data, and Technology roadmap that aligns with business goals and outcomes. It may require attending Leadership meetings of directorate(s) to ensure close collaboration with the directorate and teams. This role owns the Agile DevSecOps delivery of the product(s)/program of works for the directorate, with accountability for operational stability. It manages the end-to-end process of design, development, testing, deployment, and running of Digital Products and services that meet user and stakeholder needs. This role brings together other roles that work directly with the directorates, including strategic and Delivery BA, Architects, Senior Platform Manager or other SDMs, innovation business partners, and data stewards. The individual will work closely with a wide network of people across DD&T and NESO, requiring the ability to deliver work through influence. *This role can be based in Warwick or Wokingham, with hybrid working options.
