Job description

In this role you will be working on the Integrated Maintenance, Repair and Development Services (IMRDS) alliance on the Anglian Water Alliance. The team maintain the water supply systems, repairs emergencies like water bursts and develops new ways to better service customers. What will you be responsible for? As a Senior Delivery Manager, you'll be working within the Anglian Water team, supporting them in the delivery of the capital solutions and other network improvement schemes. This includes main laying schemes, DMA/ DZ splits, DMA/ DZ meter replacements, planned reactive large diameter and complex burst mains across the Anglian Water region. Your day to day will include:

Responsibilities
  • Managing the Delivery Agents within your programme area, including setting objectives, conducting 1-to-1s, performance reviews, and supporting professional development
  • Overseeing the execution of all works in line with the programme schedule
  • Making sure all jobs are accurately priced, efficiently managed, and completed within the required highways notice periods
  • Controlling costs related to fuel, plant, materials, and labour, while mitigating associated risks
  • Managing CDM requirements on site and maintaining compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental legislation in collaboration with alliance partners
Qualifications
  • Have experience in the construction or utility sector at a managerial level
  • Commercial awareness
  • Hold your NRSWA supervisor, SMSTS, EUSR Water Hygiene and Cat & Genny certifications
  • Full Driving Licence
