Job summary

WPP in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead delivery across complex, multi-disciplinary teams. You will establish clear processes, manage senior stakeholders, and ensure projects align with creative standards, budgets, and client requirements.

You will own end-to-end delivery of large-scale initiatives, mentor junior talent, and drive improvements in delivery tooling and processes within a hybrid in-office model.

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience leading a multi-disciplinary service delivery function in an agency.
• Experience coordinating UX/UI and web builds or marketing campaigns across creative and development teams.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and Kanban, with sprint planning and stand-ups.
• Familiarity with hybrid or waterfall approaches (SCRUM, Prince2, PMI) and adaptable delivery methods.
• Excellent commercial awareness and ability to drive profitability.

Responsibilities

• Translate client needs into executable plans with timelines and budgets.
• Define scopes of work with clients and align with priorities and budgets.
• Own end-to-end delivery of large multi-workstream projects.
• Manage suppliers, partners and clients; keep stakeholders informed.
• Identify risks and resolve issues, balancing client demands with realities.
• Own budgets, EACs, and profitability across projects.
• Lead client meetings and delivery conversations; provide progress updates.
• Drive improvements in delivery processes and tooling.
• Mentor and coach team members.
