Senior Database Architect

Work mode: Hybrid, Office location will be Bishopsgate, London. Contract duration: 6 months. Location: London.

Job Details

DB Architect having experience on data migration from Legacy systems DB2 to modern cloud native databases like Client Aurora PostgreSQL.

Must have technical skills

• Hands‑on experience in data migration from Legacy systems DB2 to modern cloud native databases like Client Aurora PostgreSQL.
• Financial markets/Corporate banking knowledge – particularly NW systems.

Nice to have skills

• Good to have some knowledge on banking domain.
• Experience in AWS BluAge.

Responsibilities

• Solution design for Database Migration.
• To be involved in all SDLC.
• Excellent communication skills and a team player. Liaise with Clients, SMEs and Business Associates.
