Resultance is seeking Senior Consultants specialized in Data Reporting & Visualization to turn complex data into actionable insights and drive data-driven transformation for clients.

You will design and implement reporting solutions using Power BI, SQL, and BI best practices, lead projects, mentor colleagues, and collaborate with stakeholders to foster a data-driven culture while supporting a London office and remote engagements.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Finance, or Business Analytics.
• English language skills required; additional languages are a plus.
• Solid experience in data analysis and business intelligence to drive operational excellence.
• SQL development for querying, processing, and optimizing large datasets.
• Power BI or Tableau to create advanced dashboards and reports.
• Interpreting complex data and presenting insights clearly.
• Managing projects from inception to execution.
• Leading teams and collaborating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collecting, analyzing, and transforming raw data into actionable insights.
• Designing and optimizing SQL queries for data extraction and processing.
• Creating dashboards and visualizations with Power BI.
• Identifying trends and KPIs to drive strategic decisions.
• Presenting insights in a clear, actionable way.
