Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care UK invites a Senior Data Scientist, Predictive Analytics & Modeling to design, develop and scale advanced predictive analytics and ML models that support commercial decision‑making and drive business growth.

You will transform complex data from CRM, ERP, finance and pricing into actionable insights, lead the model lifecycle, and ensure solutions are scalable, compliant and deliver measurable impact for pricing, tender and forecasting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science or related field.
• 5+ years in data science, predictive analytics, ML, or related roles.
• Experience with CRM/ERP data and pricing analytics is preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop predictive analytics and machine learning solutions using CRM, ERP, finance, pricing, and commercial data.
• Lead the full model lifecycle from problem definition to deployment and monitoring.
• Ensure solutions are accurate, scalable, interpretable and compliant with data governance.
• Develop pricing, profitability, and tender analytics models and simulations.
• Partner with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, IT and other stakeholders to embed analytics into processes.
