Qualifications

• 8+ years in data science, OR/optimization or related field.
• Hands-on optimization (MILP, VRP, scheduling) and ML experience.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with optimization solvers such as Gurobi.
• Familiarity with Azure and Databricks environments.
• Proven ability to translate business problems into data-driven solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and fast-paced collaboration skills.
• Effective communication with technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance optimization models for routing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Apply ML techniques to support decision systems and bridge ML with optimization.
• Translate business requirements into structured analytical problems with constraints.
• Diagnose model issues and balance cost, service level, and feasibility trade-offs.
• Build data workflows using Python and SQL; deploy in Azure/Databricks.
• Ensure data quality and model reliability; support feedback loops.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and guide junior members.
