Job summary

Informed Solutions is seeking a Senior Data Scientist in Edinburgh to own end-to-end data science applications for diverse clients. You will lead the design, development and deployment of data-driven solutions, champion best practices and contribute to the growth of the data science discipline.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, navigate Agile delivery, and help structure work for a team while ensuring secure, scalable, and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM required.
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure).
• Strong programming skills in Python or R for data science.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and deploy data science solutions for clients.
• Mentor junior practitioners and provide technical guidance.
• Work with Delivery Managers to estimate technical activities and plan sprints.
