Qualifications

• Demonstratable years' experience in a Data Scientist position.
• Strong Python development skills with experience building and deploying machine learning solutions.
• Experience working with MLOps frameworks and best practices.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD principles and deployment processes.
• Experience developing, tuning, testing, and optimising machine learning models.
• Good understanding of model validation, experimentation, and performance measurement techniques.
• Insurance industry experience is essential.
• Exposure to actuarial modelling and pricing optimisation within insurance is highly desirable and close to essential.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• A collaborative, hardworking, and pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
