Job summary

LHH is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to shape data strategy for marketing-driven clients. You will lead end-to-end data projects, build predictive models, and translate complex results into actionable insights for stakeholders.

Collaborate with marketing, creative, and tech teams; mentor junior data scientists; advocate data-driven decision making. Requires 5+ years of experience, proficiency in Python/R/SQL, and ML frameworks like TensorFlow and scikit-learn.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data science or a related field, preferably in marketing or advertising.
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL and experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow and scikit-learn.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret complex datasets and derive insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, storytelling through data.
• Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field (Master’s or PhD preferred).
