Job summary

This role blends AI/ML, statistical modelling, and data engineering to extract insights from multimodal data. You will mentor a small team, collaborate with statisticians, and present complex results to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• PhD with 6+ years or Master’s with 8+ years in industry/academia.
• Proven record of data science and statistical analyses on clinical or similar high‑dimensional data.
• Experience leading ML models for time‑to‑event and longitudinal outcomes.
• Expertise with Python, R, SQL and cloud platforms; drug development knowledge helpful.
• Strong communication and ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and methodological guidance across drug programs.
• Design and execute exploratory and confirmatory analyses across diverse data.
• Shape analytical strategy for trial design, endpoints, and biomarkers.
• Lead data engineering and reproducible analytics standards across teams.
• Mentor junior data scientists and partner with statisticians on SAPs.
• Communicate results clearly to technical and non‑technical audiences.
