Job summary

Cancer Research UK is seeking a Lead Data Product Manager to drive our data product roadmap and build scalable, high-impact data products for internal users across the charity. The role is Stratford-based in London with flexible working arrangements, supporting teams to deliver value through data-driven decision-making.

You will lead cross-functional squads and collaborate with stakeholders to balance delivery priorities with long-term platform sustainability while ensuring products are secure,

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of the foundational data products defined within our roadmaps
• Own and evolve product roadmaps that balance immediate delivery needs with long-term data platform sustainability/strategic goals
• Ensure data products deliver measurable benefit to users across CRUK and the organisation, tracking usage and outcomes
• Ensure all data products are built and managed in a consistent way and are measurably discoverable, accessible, self-describing, trustworthy and secure
• Engage with users to identify how best to develop the data product to meet user needs
• Collaborate to establish cross-functional squads comprising technical lead, engineers and analysts to discover, define and prioritise developments to our foundational data products
