We're looking for a Senior Data Product Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of our growing portfolio of data products. In this senior, hands-on leadership role, you\'ll ensure every data initiative delivers measurable business value, aligns with NHBC's enterprise data strategy, and supports major transformation programmes such as Phoenix and ERP modernisation.
Reporting to the Chief Data and Architecture Officer, you'll define and embed how NHBC delivers data products, creating an environment where teams can work with agility, accountability, and continuous improvement. This role offers the opportunity to shape NHBC's data delivery capability for the future, helping us build scalable, cloud-based platforms that make a real difference for our colleagues, partners, and customers.
