Clariti AI is hiring a Data Engineer to own and evolve our data infrastructure in a small, close-knit team in the UK. You will balance technical with commercial decisions, build and scale data pipelines, and work closely with clients to drive growth.

We build Python-based solutions on Azure and value hands-on contributors who want ownership, growth, and a long-term role with strong salary plus profit share and equity options.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as a Data Engineer.
• Knowledge of retail banking or price optimisation.
• Willingness to wear many hats in a small company.

Responsibilities
