Webologix Ltd/ INC is seeking a senior Computational Scientist/Forward Deployed Engineer to sit with client teams and drive data-driven solutions from data pipelines to dashboards. You will translate evolving stakeholder needs into features, own client relationships, and guide delivery with engineering depth.

The role blends hands-on software/data engineering with client delivery, requiring strong Python, production deployment skills, and the ability to lead a delivery team across time zones.

Qualifications

• Senior/lead level with ownership of client relationships and ability to scope ambiguous problems independently.
• Able to guide junior engineers and lead delivery teams on complex initiatives.
• Strong Python for data and backend work (Pandas, Pyomo, Scikit-Learn).
• Build simulation, forecasting, and KPI/analytics frameworks to model outcomes.
• Data engineering: ingestion and transformation pipelines for time-series/data.
• Interactive dashboards for decision support (Plotly Dash, Bokeh).
• Cloud and deployment: AWS, Docker, CI/CD; messaging with RabbitMQ a plus.
• Databases: PostgreSQL; exposure to NoSQL (Cassandra) and Oracle.
• Ability to collaborate across European and North American time zones; English essential; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships and translate evolving stakeholder needs into features.
• Scope loosely defined problems into deliverable workstreams with minimal direction.
• Lead delivery teams and mentor more junior engineers.
• Develop and deploy data pipelines, simulations, and dashboards to production.
• Collaborate with non-technical stakeholders to frame problems and communicate results.
