Job summary

ITAC Solutions is seeking a hands-on Senior Data Engineer to lead data governance, forecasting, analytics, and AI initiatives while partnering with executive leadership to shape long-term strategy.

Role focuses on building governed data foundations, scalable Power BI reporting, CRM integration, data quality, and exploring Microsoft Fabric and Copilot AI tools. Mentoring is included.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, SQL, and data modeling.
• Experience building enterprise data governance practices.
• CRM or ERP integration experience; forecasting and predictive analytics.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted, governed enterprise data solutions.
• Develop scalable Power BI reporting and forecasting.
• Integrate CRM and business systems into a unified data model.
• Establish data quality and validation standards.
• Evaluate Microsoft Fabric and AI technologies.
