Spectrum IT Recruitment is seeking a Senior Data Engineer for a growing SaaS business in the UK. The role focuses on developing data and ML algorithms to support product design and decision-making across the organization. Candidates with experience handling large datasets across a global customer base are preferred.

The position offers flexible hybrid working with 1–2 days per week in the office, and requires the ability to work locally in the UK without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in a Data Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, or similar role.
• Full cycle, end to end Data model / Predictive model development, working with software engineers and product managers.
• Ability to communicate effectively across multiple teams, senior management, and non-tech stakeholders.
• AWS or GCP, Cloud ML/AI, Python, Kubernetes skill set.
• Experience of leading projects is desirable.

We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer to join a growing SaaS business investing in Data decision making as they expand their product offering. Their products reach a massive customer base, so applications from candidates who've worked on large data sets across a global customer base are preferred.

The Senior Data engineer will play a key role in the development and implementation of data and machine learning algorithms to facilitate new product design and shape relevant decision making across the business.

This company offer flexible hybrid working with 1-2 days per week in their offices, which are commutable from Basingstoke, Farnborough areas.
