The Senior Data Delivery Manager will lead the delivery of data initiatives within a complex and evolving technology landscape. This role will focus on managing a team to deliver data solutions, while a large transformation of legacy systems is underway. The future technology stack will focus on Azure, Databricks and Power BI.

The Senior Data Delivery Lead will play a pivotal role in translating the enterprise-wide Data & Analytics strategy into tangible outcomes. This position will lead the delivery of complex, high-value data initiatives which enable Cencora Alliance Healthcare UK to optimise operations, improve customer outcomes, and strengthen competitive advantage.

The role requires a strong leader with proven delivery experience, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and the ability to inspire and guide cross‑functional teams in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in change management within healthcare or distribution environments, ensuring smooth transitions while maintaining stakeholder trust. Reporting to the Senior Data Leader for our International Business Group, this role will be pivotal in driving the organisation's data transformation journey.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and reporting skills.
  • Experience in data delivery, programme management, or related roles within large, complex organisations.
  • Proven leadership experience in leading cross‑functional teams and managing senior‑level stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of data platforms, data governance, analytics solutions, and their application in a business context.
  • Experience in change management, preferably in healthcare or distribution.
  • Knowledge of programme/portfolio management methodologies (Agile, SAFe, Prince2, or equivalent).
  • Experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, supply chain, or similarly regulated industries desirable.
