Job summary

Iron Mountain Incorporated is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end hyperscale data center deployments, coordinating with Sales, Design, Construction and Operations to deliver complex projects on schedule.

The role requires 10+ years in data center program management, deep knowledge of data center infrastructure, and a proven ability to drive collaboration in a fast-paced, global environment. Remote role with 15% travel and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a technical program manager supporting data center construction or infrastructure program management.
• Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure including commissioning, power distribution, cooling systems, and rack-level fit-out environments.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive process innovation, and thrive in high-velocity, nebulous environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of hyperscale customer deployments, including white space readiness and fit-out, while managing critical path schedules.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and internal teams (Sales, Design, Construction, Operations) for scope alignment and requirements fulfillment.
• Proactively identify blockers, manage customer scope changes, and ensure deliverables meet contractual obligations and standards.
• Manage customer scope changes and internal change requests including NRCs and technical scope updates.
• Review customer service orders, statements of work, and technical requirements to ensure scope is understood and delivered.
• Coordinate hyperscale design reviews with customer engineering and internal teams to ensure alignment prior to deployment.
