You’ll collaborate with Business Consultants, who oversee the non-technical elements of delivery, as well as other key teams including Information Governance (privacy and security), Platform Delivery (core product development), and Quality Assurance (testing and validation).

Key Responsibilities

Technical delivery

  • Data extraction - Support the client’s technical team to install IG Bridge, adapt scripts, address quality issues, ultimately leading to clean data extraction
  • Data science - Configure existing predictive models to meet the client’s needs, undertake technical scoping for new/iterated predictive models, apply descriptive analytics techniques to extract meaningful insight from client data, build proxy predictive models to demonstrate potential value early on.
  • Cohort building - Build preventative cohorts, test and adapt these with the client to optimise accuracy & efficacy
  • Dashboards - Design and build/adapt dashboards to meet the client’s needs and tell them what they need to know in a clear, intuitive way
  • Platform evolution - Integrating innovations and evolutions from your clients into the core platform for other clients to benefit from

Project management - Scope and project manage all technical aspects of deployment to a client

Problem solving and storytelling – Use your technical and analytical skills alongside your deep client understanding, technical expertise and market knowledge to extract interesting key insights from the client data and create compelling stories.

Communication and stakeholder management - Communicate the technical aspects of delivery to the client simply and clearly, enabling the deployment to be delivered rapidly and smoothly

Benefits tracking – Understand what metrics matter to clients and how our platform delivers financial value to them. Build tracking tools and engage the client on them.

Client upskilling – Support client counterparts in their technical knowledge and understanding, helping them take on a stewardship function & future configuration

Collaboration – Partner with the Business Consulting team to deliver client projects
